Membership

Academy membership is free but intended for strategic alcohol leads or commissioners. This includes alcohol leads working within NHS organisations (such as PCTs) or local authority roles (such as Drug and Alcohol Action Teams). Membership will also be considered for alcohol practitioners or other roles interested or committed to effective alcohol harm reduction.

As a member of the Academy you will:

  • Be part of a membership group that aims to promote learning and development in effective local alcohol harm reduction
  • Be able to submit views, comments or questions through the Academy to national policy leads or as part of official consultation responses
  • Have priority access to free workshops, seminars and training where available

Application form

By joining as a member you agree to share your contact details with other Academy members who may contact you regarding relevant matters. Your details will not be passed on to other organisations.
